Daikin Flash Streamer Technology
Daikin's patented indoor air quality technology, Flash Streamer, removes viruses, bacteria and allergens from the air thanks to its unique dual method. Compared to standard plasma discharge (or luminescent discharge), Daikin's Streamer discharge range is wider. As a result, it achieves a 1000 times higher oxidative decomposition rate with the same electrical power.
How does the flash streamer technology work? Daikin's unique dual method
Flash Streamer removes incoming air pollutants by electron discharge and charges the purified air with plasma ions to maximise the cleanliness of the environment.
Cyclical and constant cleaning of indoor air
The Streamer has 3 effects in the process of improving indoor air quality.
Traps substances. Thanks to the high power of the fan and the efficiency of the dust-absorbing filter, which captures airborne substances.
It maintains constant repetition cycles. Once they have fulfilled their function and broken down the harmful substances, the nitrogen and oxygen molecules return to their natural state. They can then be re-exposed to the discharge of the Streamer unit and resume their cleaning function.
It cleans the air. But it also removes harmful substances and batteries from its various filters to ensure excellent performance.
The oxidative decomposition rate of the Daikin Streamer is 1000 times higher than the glow discharge, with the same electrical power.
